BMS will support RS-485 & SMBUS & CANBUS & I2C communication, to enable monitoring of battery status:
Pack Voltage and Current (including current direction)
Pack actual capacity / fuel gauge (SOC%)
Pack health – related to max capacity of the pack when
new (SOH%)
Pack Error Status, for all protection parameters;
balancing status, OCP, SCP, OVP, OTP, UVP
